Terms of Service

  • Payment must be via paypal - all my prices are in GBP, I suggest googling roughly what it will cost in your currency before commissioning me

  • 100% payment upfront when it's your turn

  • All work is for personal use - for commercial, please ask

  • No refunds once you have received the sketch

  • Please have visual references, otherwise I will need to charge extra

  • Please credit me @Indi__V on twitter when posting your art

  • I will post the finished art on my social media platforms - please let me know if you don't want me to.

  • I will only revise at the sketch stage, any changes after will cost extra unless they are small, such as colour tweaking

Process

  • Read my full TOS before commissioning me

  • If you're interested, you can submit an order form, or DM me on twitter @Indi__V

  • I will let you know immediately if I accept your commission, and how many people are ahead of you

  • Once it is your turn I expect 100% payment upfront via paypal

  • I will send you a SKETCH - YOU CAN CHOOSE TO make revisions ONLY AT THIS STAGE

  • IF YOU'RE HAPPY WITH THE SKETCH i WILL SEND AN UPDATE FOR FLAT COLOURS AND THEN THE FINAL PIECE

  • I will send the final piece via email as a PNG, my artwork is generally 300dpi and around 1500px

  • Your commission will generally take 1-2 weeks from payment to complete, I do have a full time job though so please allow me a bit of extra time if I need it

Extra charges

  • +50% per additional character

  • props +£5-15 depending on complexity

  • rush fee +50% - artwork will be finished in 3-4 days and you will skip the queue

  • commercial use - case by case, please ask me

  • +25% for nudity

  • +£10-30 for detailed backgrounds, depends on complexity

£15 per emote - £35 for 3 emotes

  • Drawn at 300x300 px and sized down to 112x112 px, 56x56 px and 28x28 px

  • Further discounts will be given for larger amounts, ask me!
